“Ruling fans dispute over Yaphank range” : Newsday – October 18, 2011

SKHM represented the Town of Brookhaven and successfully obtained summary Judgement on the constitutionality of the Town’s Noise Ordinance.  On behalf of the Town, Paul F. Millus of Snitow Kanfer Holtzer & Millus has stated that “the submission of the motion papers was the end of the beginning and with this decision we are nearing the beginning of the end for Hunter Sports Trap and Skeet.”
