DANIEL I. KAMINETSKY is an associate with the firm. Daniel was admitted in 2003 to practice in the State of New York and is a member of the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association. Daniel attended Yeshiva University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1999, and graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2002 where he was awarded the Judge Kenneth B.
