MARK M. HOLTZER is a partner concentrating in matrimonial litigation. Mr. Holtzer specializes in family law, divorce and custody work and actively practices in the New York courts. In addition, he represents clients in negotiating prenuptial agreements, mid-nuptial agreements and separation agreements and litigated matters have involved custody, valuation, equitable distribution, support and maintenance. In addition to representing clients, he is a member of the Brooklyn Bar Association's Family Law Section and New York County Lawyers.

Mr. Holtzer is a graduate of the University of New York at Oneonta in 1981 and Brooklyn Law School in 1985. He was admitted to practice in the State of New York in 1986 and is a member of the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
